All our classes are beginner-friendly and the lessons are organized to be progressively more challenging with time, and accommodating to newer members.

Our level 1 classes focus on developing fundamental tools and conditioning; allowing you to gain formidable skills while breaking a great sweat.
There are also a level 2 and 3 classes for combative tool development and ring applications. You may attend these later on if you’re interested in sparring etc. Muay Thai training at T.H.A is safe, fun, and offer incredible workouts.
It can be arranged. In consideration of some of our members’ privacy, we’ve had to discourage walk-ins coming to watch.
We understanding that some people feel uncomfortable with visitors sitting in to watch them sweating their butts off in class 🙂
