I joined T.H.A. about 4 months ago and it has been an incredible experience. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Their Muay Thai Toronto classes are great if you want to learn authentic Muay Thai techniques and have a great workout. The fitness kickboxing classes will improve your fitness level, help you lose the extra fat, and gain strength. I found the class schedule to be very convenient for working professionals (There are classes at different times but usually after 6pm).
I started muay thai classes around three months ago with my fiancé as a way to cut weight for our wedding. He assured me that it was the surest way to get results and he wasn’t wrong! I have now come to love the classes and will continue to train even after the wedding! Master Dayo is a great instructor and very welcoming. His classes are never repetitive or boring. The school has a very friendly environment and there is no judgment whatsoever no matter what level you are at. This is my first time training in any kind of martial arts and as a woman I fully recommend it!!
I joined the T.H.A. for the Muay Thai classes last January and it’s been a great experience! The classes provide a solid mix of cardio/conditioning and fighting technique that often leaves me pleasantly exhausted. The instructors seem genuinely interested in your progression and are always available to answer questions. The other students are also quite friendly and the more experienced students typically help you with your form if they notice anything you can improve on. I look forward to attending classes here for a long time to come!
T.H.A Martial Arts and Kickboxing has been amazing since day one! As a former varsity athlete in University, I was looking for a team environment in which I could have fun, get an awesome workout, and learn a great new skill. The trainers are so enthusiastic and truly care about their clients in the dojo but more importantly outside of the dojo as well. Which makes you want to come back again and again. I would definitely recommend becoming a member I haven’t had this much fun working out, EVER!
