Our Toronto Muay Thai classes are seperated into levels – level 1 for beginners, levels 2 and 3 for advanced students.
Members participate at their own pace, under the guidance of our friendly and experienced instructor team, in an environment where everyone is supportive and welcoming.

If you prefer a long trial period, you have the option of starting with our no-obligation 1-week or 3-week trials.

Our level 1 classes focus on developing fundamental tools and conditioning; allowing you to gain formidable skills while breaking a great sweat.

All our classes are beginner-friendly and the lessons are organized to be progressively more challenging with time, and accommodating to newer members.
It can be arranged. In consideration of some of our members’ privacy, we’ve had to discourage walk-ins coming to watch.
We understanding that some people feel uncomfortable with visitors sitting in to watch them sweating their butts off in class 🙂
However, we are happy to schedule a visit to check out the school, or meet with a member of our staff. If you are simply curious about Muay Thai training, we have lots of class footage on our social media channels you can watch.
